NBAA Still Needs Your Help!
While we have achieved a miracle in reviving our safe and secure facility, we continue to have much work to do, and we continue to require resources as we work behind the scenes for some time. We are so thankful to our communities near and afar who have contributed to our recovery for the good of our girls and boys. And, we invite those who are able to offer additional support for our non-profit gym as we continue our work to serve our community.
How Can You Help?
There are several ways you can help North Bay’s recovery:
- North Bay Gymnastics has a Go Fund Me account to raise funds and awareness about who we are and the devastation that occurred. CLICK HERE TO DONATE NOW.
- Individuals and/or businesses may choose to donate directly to the gym. NBAA is organized in accordance with IRC regulation 501(c)(3), and your contribution may be tax deductible (TAX ID 68-0471217). Call (707) 643-9622 for more information, as needed.
- Would-be volunteers can contact our Board President Dave Oliver or Instructional Director Chris Talbot. Or call (707) 643-9622.
- Should businesses seek to donate in-kind goods or services, we will shortly post a list of resources that would help our effort. Call (707) 643-9622 for more information.
On the Thursday night of December 15, 2016, flash flood conditions, a high tide and an inadequate storm drain combined to tragic effect for our beloved gym. While coaches and parent volunteers did what they could to secure the structure and equipment, water pervaded the building. The damage was extensive. But already, thanks to the time and hard work of our dedicated parents, families and coaching staff, the gym is on the path to recovery.
Who Is North Bay Athletic Association?
At NBAA, we are committed to improving the health and welfare of the children and teenagers of Solano County.
